Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms.

TBT is a total body workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

TRX Express Core training is an all core all the time workout class. The workout contains strengthening, flexibility and cardiovascular bits to keep everyone in constant state of movement.

These 30 minute classes use the same TRX suspension trainer and your body weight to ensure a fast and efficient workout. At half the time!

High intensity interval training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This type of training can be accomplished using body weight, resistance bands, free weights, medicine balls or weight machines.

KickiTZ is a fun, action-packed cardiovascular workout that combines martial arts and boxing to heart-pumping tunes. This workout is designed to teach you the basics of real martial arts, and no, this isn’t your typical kickboxing class! This workout will help you burn calories, tone up and release your inner beast.

TZ FIT CAMP is a great way to get into the best shape of your life with the help of a Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor. A class lasts for 60-minutes and is composed of full-body strength training workouts with cardio interval training mixed in. This workout is open to all types of fitness levels.
